What sizes of parcels do you accept?
We accept standard parcels of all sizes. Larger or unusually heavy items may incur an additional handling charge, so please contact us if you're unsure before ordering.
How long can I store my parcels?
Your first 48 hours are FREE. After that, storage is charged at £3.95 per day until your parcels are collected
Parcels remaining uncollected after 14 days may be treated as unclaimed. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before any further action is taken.
What do I need to collect my parcel?
Please bring your collection notification and photo ID. Your customer details must match the parcel being collected.
